France 2017 – 4: Cities

We spent most of our time in the mountains or on the barge. Paris and Dijon were our start/end/transition points. So we had some time in each city and did some light sightseeing.

France 2017 – 3: Barge trip on Canal de Bourgogne

Besides the hiking below Mont Blanc the barge trip on the Canal de Bourgogne (Burgundy) was our main purpose for this vacation trip. Our friends have a friend who is part owner of the barge Derrineel and we joined them for a week on the canal.
