Broiled Cod with Brussels Sprouts

Shredded Brussels sprouts, stir fried with some onions, carrots, mushroom powder and soy sauce.

Put a little sea salt and black pepper on both sides of the cod pieces. Then spread a mixture of mayonnaise (I used Japanese style) and Dijon mustard (mine had whole mustard seeds in it) on one side. I put it in the toaster oven on broil setting for about 30 minutes.
